The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO PURCHASE THIS MAINTENANCE FROM UNIGRAPHIC SOLUTIONS, ST. LOUIS, MO, AS THE SOLE SOURCE PROPRIETOR OF THIS SOFTWARE CURRENTLY PERFORMING SCIENTIFIC COMPUTING AND ANALYSES IN THE FABRICATION DIVISION AT NASA LANGLEY RESEARCH CENTER. Delivery to LANGLEY RESEARCH CENTER is required within 1 YEAR FOR MAINTENANCE ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-A7.
