Plaza Drive, Visalia, CA 93291, the repair of one SF-6 circuit breaker K70-4. The SF-6 circuit breaker is currently at Western Utilities Transformer Service, Visalia, CA. The circuit breaker is currently under warranty, (F0468499M7092) through Western Utilities however, the current warranty does not cover the malfunctioning part. Repair of the malfunctioning part requires the following: (1) Carbon removal of interrupter chambers. (2) Carbon removal of interrupters and associated components. (3) Repair or replacement of interrupter tube. (4) Replacement of corona shields. (5) Replacement or 3 rupture disks. (6) Replacement of one interrupter contact assembly. (7) Replacement of 3 desiccant packs. (8) Replacement of 6 bushing gaskets. (9) Replacement of 6 cover plate gaskets and perform all electrical and mechanical verification tests to ensure a completely operation breaker. Delivery to be made to Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437, FOB destination 15-20 days ARO. This award is being made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
