Provide all labor, equipment, tools, material and supervision necessary to proivde electrical demolition and renovation work to an emergency power distribution system consisting of four emergency gensets, one standby genset, switchgear, transfer switches and other distribution elements. Work will include removal of an existing and installation of a new generator set; installing and re-routing automatic trnasfer switches; performing various secondary distribution system modifications; minor) high-voltage distribution system modifications; some control system modifications; installing load bank resistance test (LBRT) stations and furnishing a mobile LBRT bank; modifying various lighting and receptacle circuits; installing generator telemetry, monitoring and derangement; and providing general compliance with Life Safety Codes for patient care areas. The project will include some general mechanical, architectural and site work to accomodate electrical changes. It is estimated that bid documents will be available on/or about 8/15/00.
