Work consist of the demolition and removal of the existing change house and vault toilet at the Eau Galle Recreation Area. The building be replaced with a new a change house and bathroom building. Building will be constructed from concrete block. The new building will include new fixtures, new water service, new electrical service, and a changing area. The new building will be located at the swimming beach. New holding tanks will be installed for sanitary system. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION (SIC) CODE IS 1542; Small Business Size Standard is $17 million average annual gross revenue of the concern taken for the last three fiscal years.
