Work consist of te demolition and removal of the existing change house and vault toilet at the Eau Galle Recreation Area. The building will be replaced with a new change house and bathroom building. Building will be constructed from concrete block. The new building will include new fixtures, new water service, new electrical service, and a changing area. The new building will be located at the swimming beach. New holding tanks will be installed for sanitary system. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION (SIC) CODE IS 1629; Small Business Size Standard is $17 million average annual gross revenue of the concern taken for the last three fiscal years. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications are expected to be available approximately August 10, 2000, with bid opening on or about September 12, 2000. Plans and specifications are available by Hard-Copy format only.
