The new building will be located at the swimming beach. New holding tanks will be installed for sanitary system. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION (SIC) CODE IS 1629; Small Business Size Standard is $17 million average annual gross revenue of the concern taken for the last three fiscal years. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000.
