The Air Force Medical Logistic Office/Veterans Affairs Special Services (AFMLO/VASS) Contracting Activity, is Requesting Proposals from qualified Contractors for Electrical Systems Evaluation, Repairs, and Replacement Services. The resulting contract will be a Government Wide (CONUS and OCONUS) IDIQ Best Value Contract; with a Base Period and 4 Option Years if exercised. Work will consist of: Electrical Assessment, Replacement of Switchgears, Electrical System Maintenance, Replacement of Transfer Switches, Life Safety Upgrades, Electrical System Testing, Temporary Emergency Power, Electrical Panel Testing & Maintenance, Emergency Circuits Investigations, Switchgears Upgrades/Replacement, and Thermal Imaging; for Medical Treatment Facilities. The resulting Contract may be used on a Non-Mandatory basis by all Federal Government Medical Treatment Facilities, to include but not limited to Veterans Affairs, Air Force, Army, Navy, and all other Federal Agencies located within the 50 States and WashingtonDC. Overseas Medical Treatment Facilities may place Orders against the resulting contract. The Contract will be primarily for use by the US Air Force and Veterans Affairs Medical Treatment Facilities Worldwide.
