The work primarily consists of supplying all plant, labor, materials, equipment and appliances required to perform all operations involved in the maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in 2,441 units in the Family Housing Areas. This work shall be completed in strict accordance with the specifications. The work shall be completed NLT one year from the date of award. All work shall be performed in accordance with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA) and the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) specifications/standards and all applicable industry specifications/standards. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The SIC for this project is 1711and the size standard is $11.5 million. This acquisition is unrestricted.
