The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to install government furnished playground equipment at the Child Care Development Center (Building 0308), located on Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. The scope of work consists of but is not limited to the construction of three separate concrete pads and the installation of government furnished playground equipment in accordance with manufacturer and government specifications and drawings. All work shall be performed by a contractor who is a member of the Little Tikes Commercial Play Systems Installer Council in strict accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contractor shall furnish proof that he is a member and authorized installer prior to contract award. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Code is 1799. The size standard is $10,500,000.00. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Award will be made using the Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) technique. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR'S REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT. OFFERORS ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT FAILURE TO REGISTER IN THE DOD CENTRAL REGISTRATION DATABASE WILL RENDER YOUR FIRM INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
