The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision to paint all wood exterior surfaces of Paint Nemetz Housing, Units 761, 762, 763, & 770, USCG Integrated Support Command, KODIAK, ALASKA. Work is to include power washing prior to painting building exterior, building trim, soffits, louvers, canopies, and columns. Total surface area is approximately 8,000 square feet for EACH unit except for 763 which is approximately 8,600 square feet. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: None PERFORMANCE PERIOD is 30 45 days. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD include but are not limited to: manufacturer's catalogs, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, etc., in addition to samples of paint color, laboratory data, MSDS's, references / applicator's qualifications. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: ASTM, CFR, MIL SPEC, FED STD, applicable OSHA regulations and Coast Guard Safety Regs.
