The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711. This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, will be Subject to Availability of Funds (SAF), and is estimated to be between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00. The anticipated Solicitation issue/posting date will be on or about 11 August 2000. Note: The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 30 days after actual issuance/posting date on Fort Drums Web page.
