U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to issue a contract for a contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform all work required for laboratory renovations. Renovation of approximately 16,000 sq. ft. of research laboratory and office area which includes the removal and replacement of lab tables, cabinets and other lab furniture, fume hoods, drop ceiling, light fixtures and associated wiring. Mechanical renovation includes removal and replacement of HVAC system and installation of shower stalls, plumbing and fittings and associated mechanical finishes. The duration of the contract will be for a period of 550 days. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
