NIMA Project STL 00-0124, Construct Video Conferencing Room, Building 36, Section 2B, 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO. Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the construction of the video conferencing room. The project requires the removal of existing walls, ceiling, and associated electric and plumbing. New work shall include the installation of new walls, exiting masonry wall to be furred out, new ceiling grid and tiles, new lighting, install receptacles, replacement of existing sprinkler heads with new sprinkler heads, install fire and door alarm system, and modifications to the existing HVAC system. Work shall be performed by a general contractor who has experience in general office renovation. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA and OSHA requirements. The total performance period for this project is 63 days. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The facility is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in south city of St. Louis.
