The services are to be provided are to operate, maintain, and manage the OHMSETT facility located on the Earle Naval Weapons Station in Leonardo, NJ. Additional duties are testing, evaluation and analysis of devices and technologies designed to control or mitigate spilled oil and other hazardous materials.
