Project includes demolition, new architectural renovations and finishes, new walls, doors, replacement of air handling unit, chilled and hot water piping and fittings, valves, duct work, insulation, air registers, plumbing and sprinkler systems, electrical, fire alarm, controls, and air balancing. Magnitude of the project is between $500,000 to $1 million dollars with a completion time of 180 days.
