The erosion site is located on the west bank of the Mississippi River adjacent Minnesota, 6 miles northeast of Palisade, Minnesota. Palisade is approximately 550 linear feet of riverbank with bedding, riprap and willow plantings. Project work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant, labor, materials and placement of slope protection materials and equipment necessary to perform clearing, snagging, earthwork, supply and related items. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. THIS PROCUREMENT IS ISSUED UNRESTRICTED UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM (PUBLIC LAW 100-656). STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION (SIC) CODE 1629; Small Business Size Standard is $17 million.
