The purpose of the procurement is to award a firm fixed price purchase order to provide technical assistance to rural applicants by offering one-day workshops that will be held in twelve locations before the FY 20001-application cycle. The contractor shall develop a technical assistance document that will be sent to every prospective applicant, and also develop a 90-minute technical assistance presentation that can be taped and duplicated for wide distribution. The period of performance is seven months. Solicitation will be issued on or about August 14, 2000.
