1. WALK-IN FREEZER WITH FLOOR AND WALK-IN COOLER WITH FLOOR
Solicitation N00604-00-T-A333 DUE 7 August 2000, 3:30 p.m. Hawaiian

473-7509. 2. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business
concerns; all responsible sources may submit a proposal. 3. This is a
combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamline Procedures
for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented
with additional information included in this notice. 4. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being
required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The provisions
and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC-97-19. The SIC
code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 5078
and 100 employees, respectively.Contractor must be registered in the
Central Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of
Defense contract awards. The quoter shall provide the information
required in FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications
Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-3 Alt 1. 5. Contract Line Item (CLIN)
0001: Quantity-1 each, Item description: WALK-IN FREEZER WITH FLOOR,
Stucco embossed aluminum interior and exterior. Heavy gauge stainless
steel floors. INSTALLATION: 4" thick polyurethane door flush design
with chrome plated hardware inside safety release, hydraulic door
closer dial thermometer and vapor proof light fixture with switch and
pilot light. Freezer door frames provided with heated relief roof.
Floor angle for outside boxes with floors provided rain roof, interior
ramp (heated) included and freezer door 34" wide. Size: 12 ft x 12 ft.
REFRIGERATION: Quick connect system 3 HP low temp 208/230/60/3 Phase
with hermetic compressor, Air Cooled, R-404A and standard Bohn
evaporator with 25' set of pre-charged lines with quick connects,
compressor weather covers included. Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0002:
Quantity-1 each, Item Description: WALK-IN COOLER WITH FLOOR, Stucco
embossed aluminum interior and exterior. Heavy gauge stainless steel
floors, 4" thick polystyrene insulation, inside safety release,
hydraulic door closer, dial thermometer and vapor proof light fixture
with switch and pilot light, freezer door frames provided with heat
relief port, floor angle for outside boxes included, rain roof, cooler
door 34""wide. Size: 12 ft x 20 ft. REFRIGERATION: 35 degrees,
pre-assembled remote system, 3 HP medium temp 208/230/30/3 phase with
hermetic compressor, air cooled, R134 and standard Bohn evaporator
Compressor weather cover included. Contract Line item (CLIN) 0003
Quantity 1 Lot, Item Description: Installation, Contractor to provide
all labor, equipment and materials required to install boxes and
compressor units. Contractor shall connect electrical wiring to
Government provided electrical boxes at site. Installation shall
include a 72 hour test run period monitored by contractor personnel
before final acceptance by Government appointed inspector. 6. FOB
Destination, Bldg. 25 Schofield Barracks Hawaii.. 7. The following
clauses are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors
Commercial Items, a single award will be made. FAR 582.12-2, Evaluation
Commercial Items the following factors shall be used to evaluate
offers: (1) Technically acceptable, (2) Price. FAR 52.212-4 Contract

DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration. Review of
Agency Protests (FISCPH) (APR 2000) (a) The contracting activity, Fleet
and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor (FISCPH) will process agency
protests in accordance with the requirements set forth in FAR
33.103(d). (b) Pursuant to FAR 33.103(d)(4), agency protests may be
filed directly with the appropriate Reviewing Authority; or, a
protester may appeal a decision rendered by a Contracting Officer to
the Reviewing Authority. (c) The Reviewing Authority for FISCPH is the
Deputy Director, Regional Contracting Department (Code 200A), Fleet
and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor at 1942 Gaffney Street, Suite
100, Pearl Harbor HI 96861-4549. Agency procurement protests should
clearly identify the initial adjudicating official, i.e., the
"Contracting Officer" or "Reviewing Official". (d) Offerors should note
this review of the Contracting Officer's decision will not extend GAO's
timeliness requirements. Therefore, any subsequent protest to GAO must
be filed within 10 days of knowledge of initial adverse agency action.
1 YEAR WARRANTY COMMERCIAL SUPPLY ITEMS (FISCPH)(JUNE 2000) The
Contractor warrants that any hardware, software, and firmware product
procured in support of this contract shall be Year 2000 compliant and
able to accurately process date/time data (including, but not limited
to calculating, comparing and sequencing) from, into, and between the
twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and the years 1999 and 2000 and
leap year calculations to the extent that other information technology,
used in combination with the information technology being acquired,
properly exchanges date/time data with it. 8. Contract Proposals must
be received no later that 3:30pm, HST 7 August 2000. Proposals should
supply an e-mail address of the offeror if one is available. Offerors
