Work includes: demolition, interior renovation, including doors, frames, partitions, flooring (vinyl tile, carpet, ceramic tile), drop ceilings, painting, vinyl wall covering, millwork and furniture, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Demolition includes asbestos abatement. Work will require phasing and the areas will be occupied by hospital employees. Work will be performed in a functional and operational hospital.
