The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with IFR Americas, Inc., 10200 W. York Street, Wichita, KS 67215-8935. the required item, Generator Signal BOR/ILS, P/N NAV-750C CACE 51190 is an element of a test set-up used to perform functionsl status of the VOL/ILS system of the T-45TS aircraft at the Intermediate level repair shop. This signal generator provides radio and complex audio frequency signals required to test T-45TS aircraft navigation receivers in VHF OMNI range (VOR), instrument landing system (ILS) and marker beacon (MB) cartridge. The signal conditioner interfaces to the system in conjunction with VOR/ILS test set (P/N 622-6926-002) where FR and remote tune cables are connecting between the RF generator and the test set. Unit quantity is two(2)each. This is a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf(COTS) Non-Developmental Item(NDI) from IFR. The IFR unit has specific connectors that allow the unit to be hooked up to the VOL/ILS system of the T-45TS aircraft. The proposed acquisition is for an item for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings. The technical data and drawings for the General Signal are proprietary to IFR Americas. Delivery is required by 30 October 2000. In addition to pricing, companies will provide the following: cage code, duns number, tax ID number, CCR registered?, business size, destination or origin, and delivery schedule.
