C-130 AIRCRAFT ALECTRICAL COURSE THAT COVERS SYSTEM DESCRIPTION, COMPONENT LOCATIONS, OPERATION, DATA FLOW ANALYSIS, OPERATIONAL CHECKOUT, TROUBLESHOOTING, REMOVAL AND REPLACEMTN, ADJUSTMENT, SERVICING AND INSPECTION ON THE C-130 AIRCRAFT ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS. ALSO INCLUDES INSTRUCTION ON AC, REGULATED AC, DC, LIGHTING, ANTI-ICE/DE-ICE, WARNING, APU, TEMPERATURE DATUM, PROPELLOR, SOLID STATE PROPELLOR SYNCHROPHASER, FUEL, PNEUMANTICS, HYDRAULIC ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, FLIGHT ENGINE, AND MISCELLANEOUS INSTRUMENT SYSTEMS. UPON COMPLETION, ATTENDEES SHOULD BE ABLE TO OPERATE, TROUBLESHOOT, AND MAINTAIN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT ON THE C-130 AIRCRAFT. THERE WILL BE TWO (2) TRAINING SESSIONS, EACH WITH TWELVE (12) ATTENDEES. THE FIRST SESSION WILL BE FROM 09/11/00 TO 10/13/00. THE SECOND SESSION WILL BE FROM 09/18/00 TO 10/20/00. This proposed procurement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with LOCKHEED MARTIN AERONAUTICAL SYSTEMS, 86 SOUTH COBB DRIVE, MARIETTA, GA, 30063-0290.
