The General Services Administration (GSA) Northwest Arctic Region has a requirement for Mechanical Maintenance Services at the following four locations: Federal Building, Colville, WA; U.S. Border Station, Danville, WA; U.S. Border Station, Laurier, WA; U.S. Border Station, Ferry, WA. Services include: tours & adjustments, preventative maintenance (PM), service calls, and repairs/replacements for building mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and architecture/structures (inside & outside). The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, supplies, tools and equipment. This solicitation will be issued IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Award will be based on the greatest value concept made to the offeror who (a) assents to the terms of the RFP, and (b) has the best combination of experience, past performance and price. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The contract will be for a base period of three years, with the possibility of two, three-year option periods, for a total potential performance period of nine years. Estimated start date is November 1, 2000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code applicable to this procurement is 7349 with the small business size standard of $12M.
