This is a sources sought synopsis to help identify potential small business contractors with the capability and financial resources to accomplish the following requirements. The contractor will be required to provide all resources and management necessary to perform Logistics Support Services (LSS) to the National Training Center (NTC) Fort Irwin, CA. The logistics support services are required on a continuing annual basis. This requirement includes functional areas within the Theatre Support Command (TSC), the Material Maintenance Command (MMC), and Operations Group. The TSC and MMC contain the following functions: 1) Central Issue Facility (CIF) and the Sewing and Repair Facility. 2) Bulk Mobility Fuel Supply Point (BMFSP) and Retail Mobility Fuel Supply Point (RMFSP) to provide Supply Class III (Bulk Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants/POL) products. 3) Ammunition Supply Point (ASP). 4) Installation Supply Support Activity (ISSA). The purpose is to provide Class II, III (P), IV, VII and "some" IX supply support. 5) Packaging and Shipping Facility in support of the ISSA. 6) Transportation Services Operations for authorized installation activities and rotational units customers. 7) Direct Supply Support Activity (DSSA)to provide Class IX supplies support to the NTC. 8) Organizational Maintenance and services support to the NTC AWRPS Brigade Equipment. 9) Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP) and Petroleum Oils and Lubricants (POL) Laboratory located at the NTC. The Operations Group requirements are an organizational maintenance program to support Operations Group vehicles and perform a drive-in Repair Service. THE GOVERNMENT IS INTERESTED IN DETERMINING MARKET AVAILABILITY FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS WITH THE PERFORMANCE AND FICNACIAL CAPABILITY TO HANDLE THE REQUIREMENT. INFORMATION IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. It does not constitute an invitation for bid or a request for proposal, nor is it construed as a commitment by the Government. A MARKET SURVEY HAS BEEN DEVELOPED BY FORT IRWIN TO DETERMINETHE CAPABILITY AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO SUCCESSFULLY PROVIDETHE REQUIRED LOGISTICS SUPPORT SERVICES. THE SET-ASIDE STATUS IS STILL TO BE DETERMINED.
