This new 336 square foot addition shall attach to the existing building through standard construction practices. Relocation of a wall mounted HVAC unit, reworking existing ducts and indicated plumbing summarizes the mechanical work. New lighting fixtures, wiring, installing interior power and tie-ins complete the electrical work. Other miscellaneous work as required. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.
