Effective August 10, 2000, Solicitation FFAH-C2-99-0235-B for Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 23, Part V _ Vehicular Multiple Award Schedule (VMAS), Amendment #2 was issued to incorporate the new Clause I-FSS-163, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Evergreen) (Apr 2000). This clause permits the Government the option to require continued performance of a contract for an additional 5-year period. The option may not be exercised more than three times.
