Lum (650) 615-7282 The Postal Service is soliciting for suppliers to manufacture over a ten year period, PSIN 109B and PSIN 109D, Case & Table, City Delivery, Flat Paper, 30 separations (109B), 42 separations (109D)and PSIN 136B and PSIN 136D, Case, City Delivery, Flat Paper. The PSINs 109's and 136's are used to distribute city delivery, flat-paper mail. The PSINs 109B's and 109D's will be awarded together and the PSINs 136B's and 136D's will be awarded together. Either one contract or two contracts will be issued. The successful supplier(s) will, under a requirements type contract, will manufacture the items in accordance with postal provided specifications and will ship directly to ordering post offices. During the ten year period, the Postal Service will guarantee to purchase during the first three years the following quantities: 550 EA PSIN 109B; 800 EA PSIN 109D; 500 EA PSIN 136B, and 300 EA PSIN 136D.
