Projects include road, utilities, structures, drainage, water control and small buildings. Services required of qualified firms include, but not limited to, general civil engineering, investigative services, design services, surveying and groundwater/geotechnical services. Interested firms must possess current professional engineering license in the State of Texas. Area of consideration is limited to those firms located in the State of Texas.
