This solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-19.
