exists for contracted service to perform repair and rebuild of the PT
housings assemblies. A Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with a
Base of One (1) year and three (3) one- year options is anticipated.
The requirements type contract will have a minimum order quantity of
five (5) units and a maximum order quantity of 100 units, actual
quantities will depend on factors of production and supply. The
following factors will be utilized in the technical evaluation of
proposals (a) Contractor must have a history of repair of power turbine
housings or be subject to a First article acceptance test for any or
all items listed. (b) Contractor must have quality control processes
reviewed and certified by an external agency. Certification to ISO
(International Organization for Standardization) or NADCAP (National
Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) or equivalent
quality assurance review process. In the absence of an external
certification, proof of registration as a FAA repairstation is
acceptable. (c) Contractors must be capable of repairing the component
within a required thirty (30) day turn period. The thirty-day
limitation begins upon receipt of the component and ends once the
repaired items are transferred to a commercial carrier for shipment
back to point of origin. The PT Housing is identified by ASE PN:
3-140-001-23 or 3-140-001-34. The details of the specifications and
process are periodically reviewed and or modified by the OEM but are
NOT known to the Government. If you believe that you have the

Statement must indicate prior experience with this repair process to
include a list of at least three (3) companies or projects for whom
this type of service has been rendered to include points of contact
with telephone numbers. For award purposes all of the technical
evaluation factors and past performance factors when combined are
