This solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-19. USE: All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation to be posted on or about 10 August, 00 at http://EPS FOR VENDORS, USAF OFFICES, DIRECT REPORTING UNITS-LOCATIONS, 10th ABW/LGC-POSTED DATE.
