The project includes all site work necessary for the installation of a modular bunkhouse, including, but not limited to the following: excavation and construction of a concrete foundation for the 31'-8" x 74'-0" modular bunkhouse, excavation and installation of all utilities, construction of an individual sewage disposal system, including septic tank, dosing tank with two (2) siphons and a gravelless chamber absorption field, construction of a temporary raod and limbing of trees to allow access for the modular unit. The modular unit will be provided and installed by others. After the modular unit is in place, other work is required in connection with all utilities to the modular unit, and construction of concrete sidewalks and porches with a handrail system, grading, seeding, and site cleanup. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a firm, fixed-price contract. The performance period for this project is 120 calendar days. The proposed contract is available under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
