Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to replace roofs at USCG Detachment Sandy Hook, Highlands, NJ (Monmouth County). Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing modified bitumen roof and insulation and provision of new EPDM roofing, tapered insulation, and flashing on the flat portions of the Station building (Building 20) and the boat maintenance facility building (BMF). There are four separate flat areas on Building 20 totaling approximately 4,000 square feet and one flat area on the BMF measuring approximately 550 square feet. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 dollars. NAICS code is 235610 (Roofing, Siding and Sheet Metal Contractors). Solicitation packages to be available on 08/30/00.
