A pre-proposal conference is scheduled at the facility's lst floor conference room on Tuesday, August 22, 2000 at 3:30 PM. Work is to be completed within 270 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Work shall include modifications to the 15 KV electrical service equipment, replacement of 12,470 volts to 277/480 volts transformers, 277/480 volts switchgear, panelboards, feeders, fire alarm system, emergency power system and inspection and testing of existing low voltage dry type transformers and existing bus ducts. Estimated construction cost range is $850,000 to $900,000.
