Kelly (732) 323-7437 or by Fax (732) 323-4069 Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement for 25 Each, Positioner Assembly Filters, (P/N 70700-20403-046) and 8 each Alignment Locator Sets, (P/N 70700-77391-041) for the H-60 Helicopter Program for which the Government does not own complete technical specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation as the sole developer of the items listed above is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
