Furnish Cleaning and Light Maintenance Services for the VA Outpatient Clinic, located in Knoxville, Tennessee for the base period of October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 with 4 one year options. Services will be provided twelve hours daily, Monday through Friday, eight hours of which will be during government working hours of 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The contractor will be required to furnish all paper towels, toilet tissue, tools, equipment, and supplies. The contractor is also required to furnish light bulbs and tubes and to replace them as needed. The Outpatient clinic is comprised of approximately 20,000 square feet. There are approximately 40 employees with a patient load of approximately 31,500 visits per year. There are 12 restrooms.
