Demolition of approximately 5,000LF of existing railroad track and railroad ties and approximately 20,000 SF of ballast/gravel and place 4" topsoil minimum, seed and mulch. Patch and repair concrete/asphalt road areas as required. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $27.5 million.
