The United States Operations Command (USSOCOM) Acquisition Center at MacDill AFB, FL, is seeking potential sources capable of providing comprehensive, end-to-end, enterprise wide Information Technology Engineering and Technical Services (ITETS) through a multi-level security computing and communications environment (NIPRNET, SIPRNET, other). The contemplated scope includes, but is not limited to: basic user support, maintenance, help desk, communications, systems services, information assurance, and advanced applications/information management support. It specifically includes operations and maintenance of all required desktop and network hardware and software, end user connectivity, 24-hour helpdesk support, systems infrastructure improvements, and training at the five primary CONUS locations and other remote sites. All sources capable of providing these services are invited to submit appropriate documentation, references, technical capability statements, and other appropriate documentation to supportthey possess the required experience and capabilities to meet or exceed stated requirements. The proposed NAICS and size standard is 541513, $18M. Responses must contain the following information: (1) name and address, to include fax, email of firm and POC; (2) size status in relation to the applicable NAICS; (3) technical capabilities (to include principal product or services and/or core technology/expertise); (4) does your company presently have the resources and clearances to allow you to meet the above scope? (5) subcontracting arrangements; (6) present and past five years experience (to include references for services performed that are similar to those described above); and are you willing to enter into a performance based contract?
