The Government is seeking quotes for a Non-Personal Service Contract for the Annual Testing, Six Year Maintenance and Hydrostatic Testing of Government owned AMEREX Wheeled Stored Pressure Halon 1211 Fire Extinguishers, Model 600 150 pound. This solicitation will also cover replacement parts and components for this equipment. Prospective Offerors will have to demonstrate the capability to obtain original factory parts and meet the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association standard titled "Portable Fire Extinguishers", NFPA-10 and California Title 19. The service will include pick-up and delivery from the Marine Corps Air Station, Miramar, San Diego California. The Government intends to award a fixed priced requirements contract for the items outlined above, for the period 26 Sep 00 through 30 Sep 00 with four (4) full option years.
