The Export-Import Bank of the US intends to award a sole source order to MDB & Associates, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the renewal of support services for the HRIS Software program. This program was developed by MDB & Assoicates and they have the proprietary rights to the software/codes. This program is an interface from the Human Resource Division to GSA payroll. Numerous small and large enhancements have been incorporated into the existing system over the years. In order to keep the program running as well as incorporating the latest OPM changes requires an indepth knowledge. Service will cover the period of October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2000. This acquisition is under SIC Code 7379. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a sole source requirement and if no affirmative written responses are received that a comparable source is available, a sole source contract will be negotiated. Responses must be received, in writing, within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication of this notice. Interested parties must submit descriptive literature with their response proving their capability to respond to the requirements. Requests must be in writing.
