The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items in ensuring continuous and safe operation of the Hangar doors at Andrews AFB, Maryland. All of the maintenance, repair, management, services, tools, supplies, equipment and recurring inspections will be in accordance with standard commercial practices and manufacturer_s specifications. The Contractor is required to develop quality control procedures for the performance of inspections, preventative maintenance and repair service calls. The period of performance will be for a one year basic period and three one year option periods. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options. The SIC Code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is 7629. This is 100% set aside for small business. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. The solicitation will be issued on or about 08 September 00. No paper copies will be issued.
