weirs@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. AN/PVS-4A, Night Vision Sight: This is
a market survey to locate potential sources of supply for a AN/PVS-4A,
Night Vision Sight. The government will be buying these parts using
the performance specification, MIL-PRF-49063, and the respective
drawings (top assembly SM-D-850300-3). The government intends to
purchase the AN/PVS-4A using an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery
contract over a two year period with an estimated contract quantity of
150 over the two year period. The government will guarantee a minimum
quantity of 87 AN/PVS-4A Night Vision Sights. The contractor shall be
able to deliver 30 units/month. If First Article Testing is required,
the contractor shall start deliveries 180 days after the order is
placed. Without First Article Testing, the contractor shall deliver 120
days after the order is placed. The AN/PVS-4A provides passive sighting
and viewing of targets during hours of darkness using third generation
Image Intensifier techniques. Any interested sources must send the

07703: (a). Identification of the contractor as a Large or a Small
Business. If a Small Business, please identify as an 8(a), HUBZone,
Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, or non-disadvantaged. (b). The contractor
shall identify his source for the MX-11620/UV, Generation III Image
Intensifier Tube and show firm commitments from his source for timely
delivery to meet the schedule requirements. In addition, the contractor
shall provide a statement that the MX-11620 will meet or exceed the
requirements of MIL-PRF-49254. (c). Past Performance for these or
similar items. The contractor shall submit their part number, NSN, or
nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same
or similar items for which they have production experience. Government
contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. (d). The contractor
shall cite the quality standard (either Government or Industry) that
shall be in place for this effort. The contractor must provide
information to show that he possesses, or shall possess, adequate
production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable
him, or his subcontractors, to produce this item. All technical
