59 -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO PROCURE ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS SERVICES TO PROGRAM STAEFA MONITORING SYSTEMS AND TRAIN PERSONNEL ON PROGRAM FUNCTIONS This is a notice of intent to procure, on a sole source basis with Controls Service Co of S.C., Greenville South Carolina, to complete installation of STAEFA Remote Generator Monitoring Sites at Barksdale AFB LA, including checking outputs and inputs for each DDC Module in Remote Panels and sequence each DDC Controller as needed to insure proper operation and monitoring. Government personnel will be provided training on the program functions. This notice may represent the only official notice.
