COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS F38601-00-R0031 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses identified in FAR Subpart 12, FAC 97-16, as required. Standard Industrial Classification is 3577 with a 1,000 size standard. This acquisition is full and open, however small business concerns are strongly encouraged to participate. This is a firm-fixed price procurement using Commercial Procedures. The items required are: quantity of 2 each of data terminal set )DTS)(Paralles) General Atronics part number MX-512PV and a quantity of 2 each of DTS Controller Set, General Atronics part number MX-512PV/RC. All proposals are to include FOB destination prices, delivery date, warranty and payment terms. Delivery to: 609ACOMS/SCOCC, Shaw AFB, SC 29152.
