Procurement of a new protective relay system for pumps, main transformers, and bus protection that will include an auxiliary transformer. The equipment to be protected with the digital relays include: 1750HP Inductive Motors, 15kv/4160 4000/5000 kva (OA/FA) Transformer, 480v station service transformer, 5kv feeder cables, 5kv switchgear bus. The following are unique functions and features that are required for the protective systems: Relay draw-out case, Windows based software, Flash memory for upgrade, Comprehensive functions contained in a single unit requiring no external relays feeding into the relay 100% stator protection, Simultaneous monitoring for SCADA, computers and modem, Event recording, Waveform capture, Remotely monitor and calibrate, RTD inputs, Microprocessor (digital) style.
