The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to procure additional efforts on a sole source basis via Modification 0006-01 of Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0110 with Boeing Helicopter the following: The DCU program Definition of Repairs for the H-46 type model series aircraft. This shall include procedures for identification of the types of damage than can occur, identification of what the correct repair is, and test procedures to demonstrate the adequacy of the repair. Boeing Helicopter is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the H-46 helicopter and is the only company with the unique technical data, knowledge, and experience to perform this effort.
