Description

The U.S. Army TACOM is looking for response to a market survey for the procurement of new 9-11 cubic yard scrapers and 2,500 gallon water distributor. The intent is to combine both vehicles under one procurment. Each vehicle may require two configurations, one that is not sectionalized and one that is for air-drop-able. For configurations of the scraper and distributor both should be the same basic commercial model for ease in logistics requirements. The scraper may be either self-propelled or towed, but are not limited in moving, grading and excavating earth. The water distributor may either self propelled or towed and cabable of spreading non-potable water on soil for compaction operations, soil stabilization and dust control.
