Description

The Northeast Regional Contracting Office in Allenwood, PA intends to make a sole source award to West Group for CD-Rom law library materials inclusive of software and license to be utilized at the Federal Detention Center, Philadelphia, PA. West Group will provide mandatory publications on CD-Rom format. The publications to be provided on CD-Rom are the following and will be for five concurrent users: Federal Reporter, Federal Supplement, United States Code Annotated, U.S. Supreme Court Reporter, Atlantic Reporter, American Jurisprudence 2D, Immigration Law and Forms (IRIS), Military Justice Reporter and Code of Federal Regulations. The Contracting Officer anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about September 11, 2000, with a closing date on or about September 15, 2000.
