Description

Periodically the Western Governors' Association (WGA) conducts an operational review to ensure that the organization is operating in a manner consistent with the wishes and direction of the governors. This review is designed to take into account the changing environment for the WGA, changes in its membership, and other considerations raised by the governors and Staff Council. While the reviews have been conducted at Staff Council retreats in the past, this year an independent review will be conducted. It will be the responsibility of the proposer to review and analyze issues important to the governors and submit a written report to the governors. The report will contain conclusions and recommendations of improvements, where appropriate, for the betterment of the WGA. This RFP may be downloaded at the WGA web site at www.westgov.org. Responses to this RFP are due on September 21.
