Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Erica Inc., 1311 Wertland Street, Charlottesville, VA 22903 for continued investigation of the feasibility of eye tracking as a tool for assessing visually administered data collection and dissemination instruments (e.g. questionnaries, web pages). The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that there is only one responsible source and no other source possesses the capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this service. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
