Description

The VA intends to purchase a Kay Elementrics Model 9295 Stroboscope on a sole source basis. Our requirement is for an instrument which is fully digital with computerized storage and retrieval. Market research has not uncovered any other Stroboscope with this capability. Any vendors who may have a digital stroboscope with full electronic storage and retrieval capability is welcome to submit a product proposal and quotation to the Contracting Officer no later than 4:30 PM Local Time on September 21, 2000 for evaluation and consideration.
