Reference Special Note #22. This is a sole source requirement. Negotiations to be conducted with Flodyne Controls, Inc., 48 Commerce Drive, New Providence, NJ 07974-1142. Valve, ball, 3-way, 3/4" OD tube, 125 PSI, square flange X socket weld end fittings, Flodyne Controls P/N P0210-5, drawing 7J36. Certificate of quality conformance. Vendor to certify that he has complied with the requirements of drawing 7J36; that he has successfully completed all required tests and inspections of said drawing and that he has complied with all other terms of this requirement. Vendor to provide all test results. DI-MISC-80678 applies.
